Walk & Talk therapy helps the person to connect with the environment and create a peaceful atmosphere. Walking and talking side to side helps the person shift their stuckness and facilitates psychological processing. Also, Walk and Talk therapy have a positive impact on the symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleeping patterns, stress level, life transaction and self-esteem. This is a mindfulness-based body-oriented therapy.
